At BWIPP, we believe that high-level expertise should be accessible to everyone but we also recognise the power of a dedicated space for shared lived experience. We’ve built two distinct pillars to support the industry:

1. The Technical Studio (Open to All)

This is the home of our technical training. We are stepping to the front of the room to share the skills, tools and systems we’ve used to navigate post production in the screen industries. This space is open to any creative ready to stop guessing and start mastering their craft under the guidance of industry experts.

2. BWIPP 2.0 Membership (Exclusive Community)

Training is how we serve the industry; the BWIPP Membership is how we sustain our community. This remains a dedicated space for Black women to connect through 1-to-1 mentorship and peer support needed to navigate their careers with confidence.

We champion a unique model where Black women lead from the front of the room, sharing our mastery with the wider creative community.

BWIPP bridges the technical skills gap by offering industry-standard training to the wider creative community while sustaining a dedicated, supportive ecosystem for Black women in the industry.

Through The Technical Studio (open to all creatives looking to master their post-production craft) and the BWIPP 2.0 Membership (an exclusive community offering 1-to-1 mentorship and peer support for Black women), BWIPP combines expert-led education with powerful, lived-experience advocacy.
