One Mission. Two Pillars.
At BWIPP, we believe that high-level expertise should be accessible to everyone but we also recognise the power of a dedicated space for shared lived experience. We’ve built two distinct pillars to support the industry:
1. The Technical Studio (Open to All)
This is the home of our technical training. We are stepping to the front of the room to share the skills, tools and systems we’ve used to navigate post production in the screen industries. This space is open to any creative ready to stop guessing and start mastering their craft under the guidance of industry experts.
2. BWIPP 2.0 Membership (Exclusive Community)
Training is how we serve the industry; the BWIPP Membership is how we sustain our community. This remains a dedicated space for Black women to connect through 1-to-1 mentorship and peer support needed to navigate their careers with confidence.

HI, I’M JASMIN!
FILM & TV EDITOR, CERTIFIED TECHNICAL INSTRUCTOR, INDUSTRY MENTOR + MAMA TO KARMA THE STAFFY.
My previous credits include Adolescence (Netflix), Boiling Point (BBC) and McDonald & Dodds (ITV).
I’m just a girl from South London who has spent her career navigating edit suites and workflows. Now, I’m here to share industry-built expertise and support you in taking the first step before the success story.
For a long time, BWIPP has been a safe space for Black women in post production to connect and I’m incredibly proud of that. But we’ve realised the biggest gap isn’t access or opportunity - it’s having the technical skills to be invited into the edit suite in the first place.
BWIPP is where Black women lead. We are stepping up to the front of the room to teach and we’re opening the doors to everyone.
