By accessing the site www.bwipp.co.uk (the “Website”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website immediately. We “The Company” reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

BWIPP provides a service to bring Job Seekers and Employers together.

BWIPP will not disclose user personal data to any third party without the user’s express permission. Personal data includes a Name, Phone number and Email address. Personal data provided by the user may be used by BWIPP to notify the user of any news and/or promotional offers relating to BWIPP if the user has agreed to receive such offers. The user can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

The Website consists of a wide range of information and services for your general information purposes only and to inform you about us and our services, news, features and other websites which may be of interest. It does not constitute technical, financial, legal or any other type of advice. 

The Website is constantly reviewed and we use reasonable efforts to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not represent, warrant or promise (whether express or implied) that any information is or remains accurate, complete and up-to-date, or fit or suitable for any purpose. BWIPP does not hold responsibility for any untruthful and/or inaccurate information included in job posts and profiles. We shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage suffered (including without limitation direct or indirect losses) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website or the content on it. BWIPP reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user to the website.

We encourage focused and positive conversations within our community and to maintain a safe environment for all. Access to certain parts of our Website is limited to users who have registered their details with us. Features may be provided that enable you to upload or post material to our Website, or to make contact with other members of the Website. If, in our opinion, material does not comply, we retain the right to remove it or to block an account user.
